Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All orders are shipped via USPS and charged a standard shipping rate. Transit time of 2-5 days does not include the 24hour processing time ( excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

 

Hint: When checking out and your shipping address is in the U.S. Virgin Islands, please ensure that you select "United States" as the Country and select "Virgin Islands" as the state. If you select "Virgin Islands, U.S." as the Country you will not be able to proceed with your shipment.

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 5 business days of the delivery date.We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a store credit for use on a future purchase.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached and in original packaging. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping or Insured Parcel Post with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, FRESH AND FLY will not issue return credit.    

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. FRESH AND FLY does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

Exchanges

Because we can't ensure you will be issued the style/size you desire by the time your returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the store credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. .

Return by Mail 

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, or final sale items.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate or Insured Parcel Post with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Credit

Store credit for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 7-10 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Your store credit covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. FRESH AND FLY does not credit original shipping charges.
